🚀 Ingood by Olga, son pôle dédié aux ingrédients, produit et commercialise une gamme d’ingrédients B2B naturels d’origine végétale et laitière à destination des industriels de l’agroalimentaire et de la nutrition/santé.
Pour poursuivre notre développement commercial, nous recrutons en CDD un(e) assistant(e) développement commercial au sein de l’équipe Ingood by Olga (20 personnes).

🎯Le poste couvre deux volets complémentaires : le développement commercial et l’administration des ventes. Rattaché(e) à Daria, notre Business Developer (votre manager, qui pilote le poste et arbitre les priorités), vous travaillez au quotidien avec deux interlocutrices selon les volets : Daria pour le commercial et Bénédicte, notre Supply Chain Coordinator, pour l'ADV.

Volet 1 — Développement commercial
•   Identifier et qualifier les prospects (pertinence, zone géographique, bons décideurs) et répondre aux demandes entrantes.
•   Participer à la définition de nouvelles cibles, en lien avec la Business Developer et selon la stratégie qu’elle définit.
•   Préparer les rendez-vous et en rédiger les comptes-rendus.
•   Participer à la préparation des salons, puis au traitement, à la qualification et au suivi des leads après l’événement.
Volet 2 — Administration des ventes (ADV) &amp; support commercial
•   Élaborer les offres, coordonner l’envoi des échantillons et des fiches techniques.
•   Tenir à jour le CRM et les contacts clients.
•   Traiter les demandes et coordonner la création des comptes clients.
•   Assurer le suivi des commandes et les relances clients.
•   Contribuer à l’organisation documentaire interne.

✅Votre profil
• Formation Bac +3 à +5 en Commerce International, école de commerce.
• Une première expérience (stage ou alternance) en B2B, agroalimentaire, nutrition ou santé est un plus.
• Bases du commerce international (notions d'Incoterms, spécificités des marchés export)
• Anglais courant (écrit et oral) — utilisé au quotidien. La maîtrise d'une autre langue est un plus.
• Á l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint), un CRM et IA.
• Rigueur, curiosité, aisance relationnelle et envie d’apprendre.
• Permis B (déplacements ponctuels sur salons).&lt;br /&gt;

The Area Manager is responsible for the profitable growth of revenue and market share across a defined international area. He/she drives the commercial and marketing strategy in close collaboration with headquarters teams and ensures optimal execution of activation plans with distributors and direct customers (grocery retail, organic networks) across multiple markets.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Commercial Development &amp; Account Management :
Define and deploy the commercial strategy across each market within the area.
Identify and capture growth opportunities (new customers, new categories, product innovations).
Build and develop partnerships with:
Local and regional distributors
Grocery retail chains
Specialist organic retail networks
Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, promotions, assortments, logistics terms) taking into account the regulatory and cultural specificities of each market.
Lead tender processes and product listings.
 
Business Planning &amp; Performance Management:
Build the multi-annual strategic Business Plan and annual operating plan by market, by customer and by area.
Develop and manage the local Brand Plan in line with the international strategy. 
Monitor KPIs: revenue, margins, numeric distribution (ND), market share, promo ROI, sell-in / sell-out.
Analyse performance market by market and implement corrective action plans. 
Provide regular reporting to senior management.
 
Marketing Mix Management (4Ps) :
Adapt and deploy the Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution strategy to local market realities.
Manage the marketing and promotional budget across the area.
Optimise promotional investments (mechanics, calendar, ROI).
Recommend assortment and pricing adjustments based on field insights and local competitive dynamics.
 
Internal Coordination :
Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams including:
Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, Legal, Customer service, Regulatory &amp; compliance (where applicable)
Ensure proper execution of activation plans across all markets.
Coordinate product launches within the area, integrating local regulatory requirements (labelling, approvals, etc.).
Market Intelligence &amp; Insights:
Monitor and analyse the competitive environment across each market.
Identify local consumer trends (grocery retail, organic, emerging channels).

Education :
Master’s degree / Bac+5 (Business School or equivalent university background).
 
Experience:
5 to 8 years of commercial experience in food &amp; beverage or FMCG, including significant international exposure.
Proven track record in distributor management, regional grocery accounts and/or international export development.
Knowledge of specialist organic retail channels is a plus.
 
Key Skills &amp; Competencies
Strong negotiation skills, including in multicultural environments
Results-driven mindset with a P&amp;L culture
Solid command of the 4P levers and trade marketing
